NEW YORK— The Assistant Secretary for Investment Security at the U.S. Department of the Treasury will attend the12th Annual CFIUS National Conference, to be held on April 22-23, 2026, at Convene Hamilton Square in Washington, D.C., and is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at 8:45 a.m. on April 22.

In this role, Mr. Chris Pilkerton leads the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), an interagency body, and oversees the outbound investment security program. Mr. Pilkerton has previously held multiple appointed and acting senior positions in government, including General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Administrator and General Counsel of the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Senior Policy Advisor at the White House.
